We provide annual preventive wellness examinations for men and women of all ages (health care maintenance, employment, college, camp, school & sports physicals, etc.) with laboratory testing, STI screening, immunizations, cancer screenings and weight management.

Hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro? Scuba diving in Turks? Before you go, schedule a medical evaluation for consideration of medical challenges you may face. Our Travel Assessment includes physical examination, travel advice, infectious disease prophylaxis (altitude sickness, jet lag, motion sickness, traveller's diarrhea, malaria, snake/animal bites, rabies), pre-travel immunizations and post-travel assessments specific to your destination country.

We provide a comprehensive medical home for your children, teenagers and young adults through college. Services include routine annual physicals, physicals for sports and school entrance forms, and immunizations.

Our office provides pediatric and adolescent vaccinations, such as Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Polio, Influenza, TdaP, Meningitis, and HPV. We treat issues pertaining to sexual health, including limited screenings and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases.

We also provide full pelvic examinations, contraceptive needs of adolescent females, and family planning consults if requested. Depending on the treatment, you may be referred to appropriate gynecological services.

We provide comprehensive women's health services including sexual and reproductive health, family planning, health care maintenance, pap smears, mammography, prenatal consultation, fourth trimester care and more.

We provide quality healthcare for the men in the family, including prostate health and cancer screening.

We offer treatment for many chronic conditions including asthma, allergies, diabetes, eczema, obesity, hypertension, migraines and more along with care coordination with medical specialty, when needed.

Not feeling well? New rash? Have our physician see you urgently.  For your convenience, we provide same or next day appointments for the diagnosis, management and treatment of illnesses and minor injuries. If either you or your child are sick, please call our offices as soon as possible to reserve an appointment. We will make every attempt to make sure that they will be seen the same day.

We provide house calls for all services. As a practice, we conduct all visits in the patient’s home. We serve member families in Rockland County and the New York Metropolitan area.

Along with routine medical care, we assist patients and their families in preventive medicine to ensure good health and quality of life. We screen for the early detection and prevention of diseases. Our approach includes cancer screening, smoke cessation, weight management, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle medicine.

If you or your child have a mental health, emotional or behavioral disorder, or are experiencing difficulty adjusting, we offer psychological evaluation and management for uncomplicated ADHD, depression and anxiety. Other cases can be referred to a psychiatrist for further management.

Many people have a busy schedule that makes it difficult to schedule an in-person visit. For your convenience, we are offering telemedicine visits whenever possible, even on weekends and holidays. Please be aware that if you schedule an appointment for the purpose of speaking to a physician (rather than a physical exam), it may be converted to a telemedicine appointment.
